Afternoon all

 

Just thought i'd post on here some praise for Venom Motorsport.

 

I bought a set of the JOM Coilovers from Venom back in January '13, fitted them to my fab in March and they've been great...

UNTIL

 

My o/h had my fab up on a ramp at work the other week and noticed that one of the rear shocks was leaking quite a lot.

 

Emailed the guys at Venom letting them know what was happening and asking if they could help.

Got a response the next day asking for a photo of the leaky shock and next thing I know a new unit is in the post for me, no further questions asked or cost to me

 

Pleasantly surprised by how easy that was to get sorted and can't recommend Venom highly enough!!!!

Wish my FKs were that easy to get sorted when one of mine started leaking lol.

It's a breath of fresh air to hear that a company is willing to sort something out with next to no hassle. Faith in humanity +5 points. 

Perhaps send venom a link to this thread so they know that their efforts are appreciated. They will then see the positive results from this approach with perhaps more customers as a result. Companies often have good customer service but get little feedback I bet they would appreciate this post.

Whats the joms ride like i need get rid of the horridride height was guna save for ages for some Aps or just get some cheaper joms

Did you fit these yourself and still get the warranty or did they fit them too??

They're not too bad, can be abit bouncy because it make its quite stiff but I do 3000 miles a month and it doesn't bother me so they are fine to live with.

Yoy get warranty regardless of who fits them
