Then Lloyd you do not even have to take bumper off buddy. Just remove headlight , indicator, lower bumper grill. That gives you plenty of clearance.

battery cover removed

 

 

plonk filter through headlight hole and sit it down on bottom bumper plastic

 

 

connect tube up to MAF

 

 

connect filter to tube, can hold it in place with hand through either headlight hole and or Bumper grill hole and tighten up filter
