Well, it's an interesting drive

As the mother-in-law has borrowed my car for ten days so she can get 5 adults plus luggage to the airport, I'm stuck with her thing, so I thought I'd do a quick review, the car in question is one of these bad boys!

Daewoo Tacuma

I'll start with the looks - hideous  :peek:

Ride - Feels like driving a bowl of blamanche, I actually find myself giggling every time I come to a stop, due to the car bouncing for a couple of seconds

Engine - Sounds like a sewing machine and I'm not sure how they have managed to so little power from a 2 litre engine.

Plus points - Stereo controls on steering wheel, good cup holders in dash, nice sunglasses holder.

To sum up, I wouldn't recommend it

If I find any more problems over my thankfully limited period of ownership, I'll keep you all informed.

What were the designers on when they drew that! Shockingly bad

Looks similar to my Scenic, and equally pants!

Oh dear lol

Thanks for the review and will now know never to get into one.

Lol

I think you have been very generous. I just hope your mother-in-law recognises this!

I'm sure she does, I would have found it hard to say no TBH she does an awful lot for me and the wife, although driving the Daewoo will make me find an excuse next time.
