Featured Replies

I would be very grateful if someone could help me out with my vrs 2002 problem!,

Im trying to find the name of the cable that goes from the abs system to the breaks, the main cable branches of into two inside the passenger wheel arch and connects to the brake caliper, Somehow i have split the cable and i am now constantly getting the ABS and the Electronic stability warning lamp lighting up on my dash,

Please help,

Drew

Have a look here, hopefully the broken cable is on there

Have you cleared the fault code ?

+1. The fault code needs to be cleared from the memory first.

Hi Thanx for the reply,

To clear the fault code i take it i need VAG-Com?, also for some strange reason now my airbag light has come on?

Cheers

Any OBDII reader should be able to clear the codes. It just won't necessarily be able to see all the codes if it is a generic type.
