I have receipts for the last 2 services with the service in 2011 being the full 75,000 mile / 72 months service including valve calibration. 

 

For the service carried out in 2012 I provided the dealership with Fuchs Titan Race Pro S 5w-50 fully synthetic engine oil and have kept it topped up with the same brand.

 

The next service is due on 21/11/2013 / 57,500 miles.

 

Interior:

 

The interior is in good condition with no tears, rips or frays on any of the seats.

 

The interior floor mats are aftermarket red mats purchased from eBay, as the original drivers mat developed a hole under the heel. I will also include the original mats with the car and photos are provided.

 

Exterior

 

The exterior is in good condition. There are the typical stone chips on the front of the car but I have seen far worse, all stone chips have been covered over by myself with Hammerite Kurust for protection followed by genuine Honda Cosmic Grey touch up paint. All of the paint has been applied with a ****tail stick to minimise the visible impact. 

 

I had the alloy wheels refurbished in May 2012, although there are one or two minor marks on them now (again pictures included).

 

The following are the bad points on the exterior of the car pictures provided below – 

Two large stone chips on the left hand side of the front bumper that have exposed the black bumper material underneath. 

A scrape on the passenger side corner of the rear bumper that someone else did in a motorway service station but drove away.

Ding on the rear quarter behind the driver’s door.

Some additional minor car park marks although most are not noticeable unless you are looking for them. 

 

Mechanical

 

The car is mechanically sound with the engine pulling hard as expected on VTEC. The engine oil has been checked at least weekly and before any long journeys and topped up as required with Fuchs Titan Pro Race S 5w-40 fully synthetic oil. There is no crunching into gears or clutch slip. The majority of the miles I have put on the car have been motorway driving due to my work / driving home to Middlesbrough. During my time with the car it has never skipped a beat or caused any concern and always started first time. 

 

The car has recently had an SRS fault fixed (loose connector to the passenger side airbag) and the aircon regassed.

 

The car will also come with two locking wheel nuts.

 

The car has 12 months MOT and passed first time with 2 advisories for tread depth on the front tyres. 

 

Reason for sale

 

I’m selling the car as I've bought a diesel due to starting a new job that requires me to travel approx. 20k a year and that’s simply mileage I’m not willing to put on the car, so it’s time to move on.

 

Summary

 

As above really a mechanically sound and standard Premier Edition Type R with the body work in good condition bar the scrape on the rear bumper. I’ve probably massively undersold the car based on the above description, but I wanted to provide as honest an assessment as I could.
