My Octavia si going crazy

Suddenly, last night when i put on the lights my wipers started going. I cannot switch on main beam.. when i do then the wipers start.

I have tried to isolate all the circuits by removing the fuses one at a time but none of them make any difference except when i take out the light fuses then the wipers stop also ?

any help ??

Looks like you've got a pretty bad short somewhere
