Fitted my new I/c setup today! After ordering a toyosports kit I found that the tiny core that came with it caused all sorts of problems when fitted. It hung far to low and would catch n absolutely everything I went over! so ordered a bigger core size from toyosports (possibly the wellycooler?) and set about fitting. Took my time and all went well. The I/c pipe that goes into my inlet is now unbelievably cold

What piping kit is that?

Its the kit from toyosports mate. Around £230 for the piping and the smaller cooler! Hoping to get the top pipe that comes off the turbo re-made at about 2.5 inch instead of 2 inch.

Always wondered what size piping is best looks awesome though so fair play !

2.5 is the best and only size ;-)

anyone know if toyosport do a kit with the wellycooler? and if so does it route straight to the front and down on the right?

They don't do a 2.5 kit

I'm hoping to have a kit for sale of the shelf in the next month ;-)

I bought a toyosport 2.5" FMIC off eBay for £110 brand new, as it was on bid. A garage in Birmingham then charged me £60 for fitting, so if you're close to Birmingham, I can point you towards the same garage :-)

Rtech state that the single pass FMICs such as the toyosport coolers have better air flow compared to Forge, which in turn makes the toyosports coolers better.

Im not too fare from birminham. I live towards uttoxeter area in staffordshire.

Well the mechanic that fitted mine is my boss's friend, so he charged me £60, so I'm guessing somewhere around that figure for you :-)

Great, what are the bhp and torque gains roughly? Mine is running at 204bhp according to the dyno

I avnt stage2'd mine it. But mines definitely feels faster along with the decat, and there's no extra lag.
