hi guys does anyone no where to get lcr top mounts from i have come across some i found on ebay but i was presuming i needed genuine lemforder ones does anyone have a link to these or the part numbers thanks

 

The only place to get decent LCR top mount is a dealer or TPS or yes get Lemforder as these are genuine parts.

 

Ebay sell cheap ones but these are all std type Octavia VRS and not the stiffer LCR ones. I would not trust them and stick with proper ones.

How are the LCR top mounts better? Are they stiffer? Different geometry? One of fronts has started to knock lately.

Powerflex do a set of top mounts now,

 

I have them and they seem ok

Do you have a part number for the PowerFlex ones?

There abit hard to start with but they do get abit softer with a few miles on them

They are identical shape and size but made with approx 20% stiffer material

You can use VW, Audi, Skoda or Seat to order those parts as they all share same Parts system.
