I have ELSAWIN 4.0 and it has the schematics. /however it does not have much else for the Citigo? Which circuit are you after?

Somewhere to get a connection which switches off/on with the ignition . Preferably under the bonnet.

Have you looked at the small fuse box on the LHS of the battery/ Ours has two spare fuse locatinons inside?

Elsawin 4.1 with the VW 4.2013 database has detailed information on the up!, including the circuit diagram. Should be identical to the Citigo.
(The latest skoda database for Elsawin 4.0 is really lacking in comparison)
