Wheel debate....

Featured Replies

Hi everyone I have recently brought a black fabia vrs mk1 and I'm having the wheels refurbed and resprayed but I'm not sure what colour to spray them, black, anthracite etc???

Welcome to the forum.

Sorry if this sound cheeky, but it probably is.

If you do not know what you would like,

then how can we, we do not know you.

I like Anthracite, or Titanium Grey, not a fan of black, & black on a Fabia.

The Fabia section will have loads of picture available from owners with various coloured wheels on black cars.

PS , Make sure the wheel nut seating remains unpainted/coated.

That's fine cheers for your opinion, I was just gauging others people's opinions on it as I was thinking anthracite but haven't found a picture of a black one with black wheels so wasn't sure if it would be too much...

Try Google Images or just ask the Fabia Section for pictures.

Call me old fashioned (and my last car's alloys were anthracite**) but I'm a fan of nice shiny silver wheels, like what they're supposed to be.

** EDIT:  Shameless pic of it:

As a generalisation I tend to prefer silver wheels. That said, with certain wheels models, white, or silver rim with a gold web can look good.
