Am I right in thinking as long as I buy the above turbo it will fit my 2006 Fabia VRS?

Also will it matter if it came off a golf for instance?

gt1749 vb for the golf pd150 ARL engine code is what you need (if your upgrading )

I used to do it in the factory but im sure this is something different

Removing the turbo and bolting it back on at a different angle so the pipes line up correctly.

you can't remove the turbo and bolt it back on at a different angle, the manifold and the exhaust housing are one cast part

Yes removing the housing, everyone knows what is ment when saying removing the turbo on these even andy does I expect, hes just being a knob like always for some reason.

you might know what you mean but that doesn't mean everyone does. given the fact that people will think you can unbolt the turbo from the manifold how hard is it to phrase something correctly?

Everyone who knows about these turbos. Is that better?

You could of just simply of wrote don't you mean the housing not the turbo itself, not making it sound like the angle can not be altered. How hard is it to phrase something correctly?

Also I never mentioned unbolting the turbo from the actual manifold so don't read to deep in to things. I will try my up most to better in the future i promise.

that's totally fair enough; but if you know about the turbos you wouldn't be asking what clocking was or if a turbo off a Golf will fit a Fabia, if you don't it isn't crazy to assume that the turbo and the manifold are separate items.
