From my perspective I declared the firm intention first & have subsequently honoured the payment as stated.

 

I think we should let the seller decide the most equitable way to resolve this & if he does qualify it on a payment first basis I'll be looking for a £10 refund! ;)

If that's true & you had a definite arrangement in place prior to my re-entry into this then fine.

 

As said if it goes to you then I'll have my refund, unless the judgement of Solomon decrees we cut it in half! :p
