As per the title can any of you tell me where this located on the above car?

 

Fault showing with VCDS saying its knackered so need to test before getting a new one

Behind the panel, drivers side end of dashboard, not sure exactly which fuse it is but if you are referencing the little map on the back of the panel beware it shows a mirror image which can be confusing.

 

Its common for this to blow as the washer covers can freeze to the bumper in winter.
