I am sure I read a query before but can't seem to find it.

When I collected my car the dealer put the satnav SD card in slot 1. I queried this as the manual states to use slot 2 & he said they always use slot 1.

It is working fine & music SD cards work in slot 2, but just wondered what was the experience of others?

I think mine arrived as yours did, when I upgraded to the latest maps I put the SD cards in the slots as described in the manual and everything still worked.

 

I do find that Skoda manuals do only provide an approximation of reality....

Picked mine up 2 weeks ago and the SD card was also in slot 1. Dealer says that this is where they always put them. It works fine and I play music from my card in slot 2. Love the car.
