Sean Emmett petition to free him from Dubai

Sean Emmett petition to free him from Dubai.

Sean was a very exciting Superbike (did a couple of MotoGP too) racer a few years ago and is living a nightmare in Dubai.

Please consider signing his e-petition for UK Gov to actual help as they so far have refused and would help self confessed drug traffickers rather than Sean who did little wrong (had minute alcohol level in his blood, illegal in Dubai).

As i read it, DC has raised the subject with the Government that can let him leave, in the form of the UEA President,

then the other stuff about what they can and can not do seems simple enough, 'we must respect their system'

so what is the point of the petition,

How does a debate being held in the UK Parliament change that?

Anything to raise the profile of the case.

I respect the Arab nations right to live how they like and we must respect their rules when visiting their country but unless they are gonig to charge him as being an accesory to the death of his wife they should let him come home to the UK.

Raising its profile now might people thingk long and hard about how they act if they plan to go to sporting events in that part of the world too.
