Had the check engine light for ages, then Royal Fail pulled their finger out and delivered my missing EGR valve.

 

Fitted today, went smoothly (Bar some knuckle skinning and swearing!)

 

Cleared the error on the ECU and went for a drive. It felt lumpy, surging almost and quite slow to pick up. :s

Have I missed something? Everything is where it should be and connected up.

vacuum leak somewhere on a disturbed pipe?

Are you very keen to replace the EGR with a working one?

 

I'd just go for a EGR blank kit and have one less thing to worry about.
