Feedback on Summer Action Day please

Featured Replies

I have already forwarded my own opinions (99% good :D) to Combe about the Forge Summer Action Day

Now I didn't see the whole show, and speak to absolutely everyone on track so please use this thread to give me feedabck I can send on to Combe about the good (and the bad....) things about the Summer Action Day.  And I mean everything really - circuit, trade, food, organising, marshalling, etc!

Also feel free to give me feedback about how I handled things in case I can improve too! :D:thumbup:

The only negative thing I came across was an Ambulance driving in the middle of the track (with no lights on) that we slowed down and followed for a bit, which then just pulled over and let us go with no idea what was going on.

No flags from marshals.

I found that rather odd.

Other than that it's by far the best organised/track slot time as a club day I've been to at Combe.

Agree with BossFox.

Indeed it was by far the best Action Day i've attended.

Believe they have made leaps forward in their organisation and thnigs seems to run much much smoother this time around.

Delay in track slots was kept to a minimum but the lengthy delays experienced previously cant exactly be blamed on the circuit (it wasn't them that though a Fiat Coupe could do Camp flat out! :))

Random yellow flag in the second session which caused Binzie-undertake-gate seemed to be the only random marshalling I saw.

Only other issue I find is the general level of knuckle dragging, vest & baseball cap wearing, weed smoking Joe Public.

Again not something Combe can police or sort out though
