hello,i have recently fitted a new air recirculating flap motor(fabia vrs).for some reason it only seems to work sometimes.anyone know if the flaps have to be reset or something? thanks for any advice.

I imagine as you have put a new motor in, you have to run an adaptation on the flap motor with VCDS. 

Have you done a search, there was a previous mention that something has to be either set and meshed correctly.
