Nah...I've had it from new...last July and the maxidot (which I know can be a little optimistic) is showing a tad over 42mpg. Dont know what you mean by `properly`..I just drive it as I want.

Not a exactly sticker (even though it's attached by sticky pads), but a chunky black ''it's definitely an oil burner'' type badge.
