warranty for another three years on my Yeti

Featured Replies

:giggle:  After half the morning in the dealers, I have part x yeti 2 for yeti no 3.   Was looking at a Elegance with two options this time but as the 110 is not available in the top spec anymore it would have had to be a 140, but that took the price to change to over £10,000 :o at pre FL prices for October only ,

so looked at the 110 SE again with options and the price came back to a more realistic nearly half of that,

So hopefully on the 1st march I will be collecting a outdoor FL  110 SE in Muscovado metallic with off road button, heated screen, heated seats auto lights and wipers, mud flaps, mats, and all season tyres fitted before collection.

Anyone that ordered a yeti after August and think you are getting a pre FL model check with your dealer,  as I was told that Skoda have changed all orders after the end of August to FL yetis.

Someone else with itchy feet then :giggle:

Well done wakev sounds a good spec and yes the Yeti is expensive, particularly when your dealer quotes full FL prices :wonder:

So our 'race' is on again but this time it's an Octy III Combi SE 150 4x4 v a Yeti FL SE 110 4x4; who's will land first

Oh and I hope they don't forget light assist this time ;)

Regards as always,

Yes the race is on again  :giggle: , but have told them I want it on a 14.

Only really changing before the part x value drops to much, looking in the guide at the dealers it dropped £400 last month.

Light assist is on the order form so hope it make it to the yeti this time, may add the electric seat later see how the winter weather affects work.

Hope the octy is better for you and keeps you moving in the snow  .

Hi Guys,

I ordered a pre fl 2wd 110 Elegance in September from a lease company and was told it was a week 39 build car. Its being shipped this week and they've not mentioned a change in spec.

Fingers crossed for an old one, i like the fog lamps :)

Likewise residual considerations was one of the things that got me thinking. Also of interest is your mention of elec seat, as I was under the impression this was an Elegance only item as before; so with the FL is it SE also according to your dealer :wonder:

Have opted for the RRP on the Octy which should include raised ride height, putting it on par with a Yeti Greenline II and it has 16" alloys and 205/55 R16 wheels as standard (cannot get any larger rim size with the Octy RRP)   So hopefully she will cope with the snow :wonder:

Oh light assist is one of the things I'm loosing, as on the Octy you can only get it as part of two very expensive option packages, one being the xenon pack at over a grand   Also having to add cruise, as bizarrely the Octy SE doesn't have this as standard but the Rapid and Yeti SE do :wonder:  This applies to one or two other bits of kit like steering wheel controls, albeit I rarely use them.

Dealers quoting me a late January delivery but I'll believe it when I see it, lots of talk of delays over on the Octy III forum, although they appear to be related to driving aid kit not on my spec thankfully.

When we went through the SE spec he asked about the seat, so it may be an option on the SE now, but left it off for now, I can pump the seat down after SWMBO has been driving a lot of times for £500 :giggle:

Ours was built in wk40 and we've not heard that it's likely to be a FL.

Understand the FL production starts WK45 beginning of November, so WK40 should be a proper Yeti :)
