Skoda Fabia 2000 owner - Hi all I'm new

Featured Replies

Hi All, new today, so please go easy on me. I'm not much good with forums so I'm hoping I might drop lucky and contact someone with a little knowledge on the matter of Skoda Fabia 2000 1.4 DOHC model. I'm having a speedometer problem. Needle decides to go up and down when it wants.

Is this an easy task to tackle? Apparently the speed sensor is located behind the oil filter housing. But I cannot see it or find it. Is it underneath the engine or coming in from the top of the engine?

Is there a kind Skoda forum colleague that could help please. Would really appreciate it.

Yours Kit
