Sun visor clips broken. how to replace?

hey everybody...

my sunvisor clips just snapped off,

how can i fix it by myself?

i tried to open the little square but it has no screws, i tried to rip it off with a flat screwdriver but it won't

come off so i didn't wanna push too hard and break it completely,

do i need to take off the roof for this little ******?

but just the hook broke and the rest of the clips is stuck there...
