Bought from eBay for my Fabia vRS but it is not the correct one.

This came from an Octavia with the Stream Headunit.

Plugs into the CD Changer port on the rear of your factory headunit to allow for iPod/iPhone connectivity. The unit has a 30 pin Apple connection suitable for iPods and iPhones (not iPhone 5)

I do however have a Black 30 pin to Lightening adaptor that I will throw in for free that will enable you to use an iPhone 5/5s/5c.

All cables present and in good condition.

I'm not sure tbh. You can cross reference on the connects 2 website and it should tell you.
