I have a bolero unit and a iPhone 5 with iOS 7, but it can't stream music to bolero. The airplay menu doesn't show in control center when I swipe from down to up to see quick settings.

Am I doing a itching wrong?

I have already activated Bluetooth audio in bolero settings and the phone is paired with car.

Airplay is completely separate from Bluetooth streaming. You won't see anything in the airplay menu in the Octavia.

 

Can you should be able to select the audio from the headunit rather than the phone

but i dont see any place to select the audio :(
