My 1.4 TDI will not start .The heater plug dash light is constantly flashing and the engine managment light has come on.All the fuses are ok.The engine was warm when the fault arose.I would be greatful for any ideas.Cheers Tony.

Any way to scan it - probably going to come back as either cam/crank sensor.

Find someone with VCDS to scan.

 

Not sure where you are, but I have VCDS in Devon.

I can scan codes in birmingham 

If you crank the engine, do you see an rpm or does it stay at zero.
