Our new Yeti S 4x4 was built in the first week of October and was under transport from the factory at the beginning of last week, when should I expect the car to arrive at the dealers. They have indicated by the end of the month but I cannot wait to get my hands on the keys so I am beginning to get impatient. 

Have you asked the dealer or skod UK for a status update? I suspect you'll get a call either today or tomorrow. Ours was built during week 40 and arrived in the UK last Monday (7th) Since then it's sat around at the docks waiting for transport North to Darlington. I've just this minute got off the phone to the dealer: it's arrived with them this morning & we've arranged collection for next Tuesday. I'm now a very happy boy indeed.

Which dealer did you buy the car from, we have ordered ours with Benfield. I was just wondering if it would be on the same transporter up north.

Apparently it is still sat at the port in Germany :-(

MSB in Darlington. Had bad experiences with Benfield when they were a Fiat/alfa dealer (they were sacked by FIAT uk, which takes some doing).

Pleaty, mine was due for build week 41. I  emailed my dealer this afternoon but haven't heard back yet! Maybe mine is also at the port- take heart- it can't be  that much longer! Compared to many other people who have waited for months, I class my self as fortunate - well I will when it gets here!!

Week 39 Build.

At dealer 14th October.

Delivery to my house on the 23rd October.

Just heard that my Yeti has arrived in the country, waiting to be delivered to the dealer, any idea how long this usually takes, does anyone know which port Skoda ship to was wondering if they shipped to the Tyne seeing as it is being delivered to Newcastle.

Your car will probably have been delivered to Grimsby. Skoda seem to ship to Grimsby and Sheerness depending on whereabouts in the UK the car needs to be transported to.

Week 39 Build. got car 19 oct

Yey, Our Yeti arrived at the dealers today and we are picking it up on Monday.

Congratulations!  I think ours could have shared a cabin!!

 

Mine is into the dealers tomorrow (Built week 41 second week Oct.) I am travelling up Tues collecting Wed. So fortunate as only six weeks from order being placed.

 

It is very frustrating waiting once you know it is built - shared your impatient anticipation
