Just thought I'd say hello, have just bought a new Yeti Adventure 2.0 TDI 110 and am very pleased with it.  Still working my way through the manual but managed to twin my phone via the Bluetooth and plan to tackle the DAB radio next....where are your kids when you need them.

 

I am normally a little bit cynical about forums and the way they can descend into abuse etc but have found some very useful stuff on here and have already had my first experience with another Yeti owner.

 

I was parked outside my local tube station this morning (on the double yellow lines but not normally an issue) waiting to pick up my daughter and was approached by one of the station staff.  I steeled myself expecting a 'jobsworth' conversation about parking but he started asking me which engine I had and whether the Matterhorn alloys were standard turns out he was a Yeti enthusiast and was on his second one, the now defunct 1.8 petrol (59 plate).  We were chatting away happily and I think he missed a train coming in. 

 

The whole thing confirmed that they are a unique iconic vehicle which generates a lost of enthusiasm
