hi recently purchased a mk2 octy estate having problems with the cd changer in the boot keeps comimg up with error wasnt really that bothered as the stream was working fine. Now the stream keeps chucking the discs out so ended up sourcing a second hand changer and stream head unit out of the same vehicle. So i require a code for head unit and maybe the changer too can any one help or is it dealer job only serial no is skz7z3e0004138 thanks appreciate if you can help.

Changer doesn't need a code.

 

There are a few places on the internet that will do a decode. The dealer can do it, take ID and as much paperwork as possible about the new unit. Prices seem to vary from dealer to dealer.
