Right at present I got this octavia vrs after selling my fabia vrs..

My questions are does this bhp figure seem right for the mods done?

237.5bhp ( it said on dyno sheet boost and fuel setup needed attention so I take it thatl cost it bhp)

But what should I be seeing from

K04 turbo

Twin pass front mount intercooler

3" decat downpipe

2.5" decatted exhaust

Brown n75j

K@n induction kit

Aftermarket airflow meter housing 4" I assume??

Stage 1 remap ( obviously those 2 issues needed attention )

Sai forge delete

N249 delete

4 bar fpr

What bhp should I be looking at??

What maf sensor would be best to use

What map sensor

I keep getting the same error malfunction bank 1 sensor 2 curcuit malfunction ,

For this I assumed it was lamba so I've replaced that with a spacer and put wire wool in but just keeps coming back up??

My questions are

What's the best air flow meter to use?

Best map sensor

What other mods are needed to get the best from these?

Any info and help to get its full potential and get this bloody code to stay off would be great thanks

It a 51 plate vrs 1.8t obviously lol

That 4 bar FPR will be asking to much from the standard fuel pump in the tank

should be making at least 250-260 with a KO4 on stage 1 map

Think the 4" MAF housing is from the Audi S4, but thats just a guess as their a popular choice for running BT

Id remove that 4" MAF and stick the oem or at least a S3/TT MAF in as its not needed until you go BT.

I noticed you didn't say you had injectors??

If its the KO3`s then they'll be way passed there max duty cycle and will be strangling the engine, along with the 4 bar FPR will be adding insult to injury.

Thanks for that so 440s is a must ? I heard saab Injectors work?

Use an s3 maf and see how I go with that?

And yeah still running standard blue injectors I think they are

I have some spare Saab injectors

is it k04-001 or K04-023?

Either way your fuel pump and injectors can`t support current setup.

S3 have 3"MAF housing and stock MAP sensor is OK for K04 setup.
