I've rang skoda to see if my 02 vrs is on recall for faulty coil packs and it is booked in for Tuesday do they replace with the same design push on coils or do they use the more reliable bolt down a3 type ???? Just wanna no so I can order holders for them if not bolt down cheers kev

They replace with the same push down ones.

Never had an issue with them myself.

They'll replace them as long as they are OEM and an old revision.

I'd check that they are all the original ones first m8, booked mine in and then checked them and found one was a aftermarket replacement, luckily another member have me a couple of oem ones as spares a few months before lol

They are oem not sure if there original though I ain't had no problems with them I just thought if I can get them replaced for nothing why not
