why would I be de-valuing it withtwin headlights,i personally think they look better than standard ones.

Aftermarket parts will always knock a vehicles value down. The amount of original parts I chucked away on fiat uno turbos n renault 5s in my youth n replaced with halfords/max power bits. If I'd left them alone n stuck them in a garage they'd be worth 3 times what I paid for them already. It's your pickup, you can do with it as you please. Just pointing out that they're getting rarer n you may end up kicking yourself. Could always keep the standard lights I suppose

yeah I know what you mean I did the same with an integrale a few years back,i don't think I will find a set of twins anyway to be honest.

Apparently with a bit of "encouragement" the ones for a Polo 6n should fit. You can get the dipped-beam as projectors too, so you can upgrade to HID's.

 

Also, the chances are that the (fairly awful) headlamp adjustment is no longer functional, there is a thread in here somewhere about using the electric adjusters from a Fabia instead. (.....a worthwhile upgrade whilst you're doing the lights)
