I had ordered a silver leaf touch up paint set a month before we took delivery of our Citigo on the 1st March this year. Now 6/7 months later we are still waiting for the touch up kit. Every time I contact the garage they just say it's on back order.

I'm now contacting Skoda UK to ask why it is taking so long and asking if I get a scratch are they going cough up if corrosion sets in?

That is frankly ridiculous

There is no way it should take 7 months for a touch up kit

I ordered Tornado Red and it arrived in 2 days.

Try somewhere else or even VW.

I got a call from Skoda Customer services around 11 this morning and was told that the touch up paint will be at the dealer this weekend?

 

Result.

 

Shame I had to email Skoda to sort it out?

Yes...it is pretty poor you had to go down those lines

Sounds like the dealer couldn't be bothered to even order it.
