Hi quick quick question, is petrol usually more than the diesel to insure

Not for some that pay the same amount for insurance what ever they drive.

 

If for example it was a Octavia MK3 vRS then the 184 ps Diesel might be different from the 220 ps Petrol.

 

So Location, where it gets parked day or night time, SDP or SDP & Commuting, Driver, Age, Vehicle, Value,  all different combinations that different Underwriters will take into account.
