Vrs suspension

Featured Replies

Hello, ok at 275.000 miles my VRS needs some new suspension, (has been replaced before) I have fitted a neuspeed rear ARB, I am going to replace the front ARB with a neuspeed bit of kit, so I am down to shocks and springs, I dont want to harsh on ride as I do lots of miles, so although the car woould look cool lowered big time it would not be practical, so I guess coil overs are off the menu. I would like maybe another 20/30mm lower than I have now on standard kit.  What would you guy recommend or have?

KWv3 super ride quality and fully adjustable.

Price is pretty high on those though dude and probably more expensive than a 275, 000 miler VRS car is worth lol.

Depends on what OP wants to spend on suspension to the answer returned to help better.

Coil overs do not need to be harsh though so would not rule them out. Certainly if only lowering to near std vrs height.

Original engine, gearbox, clutch, only replaced the turbo when manifold cracked. Still going strong.

Not 275000 kilometres is it?

If its miles then thats some good going

Apparently you do not need to go lows with coillies.

Budget?

It is miles.

If you want to stick with springs and shocks then something like the Weitec by KW Ultra GT kit is a good option.
