Hello from 'sunny' Buxton in the Peak District!

 

We are on our second Yeti now - both 1.2TSI SE Plus's both light blue metallic and both wonderful cars!

 

First Yeti was an ex-display car with loads of options in Aqua Blue, the new one was a factory order and is Shark Blue which after much searching around to see what one looks like in Shark i have to say looks really good.

 

Only one or two small disappointments - we wanted Regency Green but despite still listed in the sales blurb is not available for Yeti. Secondly,  and this is not Skoda's fault, we don't have the rain sensing wipers or auto-dimming interior mirror which the first Yeti did have - looks like we missed the fact that this is an option.  Thought it was part of the auto lights kit...

 

Having said that - i have been looking into the possibilities of retro fitting the mirror and getting the rain sensing wipers activated so i'll let everyone know how we get on with that.

 

What we did order from the options list were the bi-xenons and light assistant, detachable towbar and heated front windscreen - just in time for the first frosts of this winter!

 

I'll post some pics of both cars so anyone who's interested can see the difference with the blues - i couldn't find decent pics of a shark blue one when i was looking.
