Nice photos - car looks great.

Gladt that you didn't get involved in the "Delivery Delay" scenario.

Looks good and nice background!

My only(small) gripe with the new vRS is the ride height...another 10-15mm lower would of made a huge difference IMO?

Beautiful, but the omission of a numberplate yet again highlights Skoda's ineptitude.  They make you wait months for your car and then don't even bother to fit the plates!  Get it sorted quickly or you could land yourself in hot water with the authorities....

Looks nice in white, and yours is the first white example without black pack and it looks good.

Have you had DSG before?  Why did you take this option?  (Curious as I'm considering manual vs. DSG and will be testdriving vRS manual but 1.4TSi DSG so comparison may be difficult).

You don't say?

If he has Photoshop, how do we know he's even bought an Octavia at all?  That could be a Seat Mii photoshopped to look like an Octavia vRS.

Often wonder why people do that?

EDIT: third and fourth pics......is that a zebra crossing in the background?

Obviously taken on Abbey Road. Maybe worth photoshopping John, Paul, George & Ringo on for the full effect.

Don't know why I did either to be honest. I think something was in the back of my head about gangs doing car clones etc. Mind you the waiting list will make sure not many will be done anyway!

I had a test drive with the superb 170 DSG and that was really smooth with plenty of power. The Octavia vRS I tested was in the DSG TSI and that was brilliant so I took a chance and ordered without trying the DSG tdi.

I've never had DSG before, but my wife drives around in our 11 year old Mercedes ML auto and it's so easy to drive.

I am really impressed with this DSG / TDI combo. Super smooth with plenty of progressive power that makes me smile . I also tried the Ausi A5 177 and prefer the Octavia. Don't know why but agree with the other posting A7/vRS on here. There is just something about the car.

My wife always laughed at my Skoda Roomser but she has been converted with this one. She couldn't get over how easy it is to drive as it looks big from the outside but handles so well. Plus it has heated seats

Stunning, I picked my vRS Estate from the same garage yesterday lunchtime and haven't stopped smiling. What a car. My old VW Passat, 51 plate TDi 130bhp clocked 250,000 miles the day before I changed the car. I hope these new Skoda's are as good.
