Revo Remap

Featured Replies

Ok so I went ahead and had the remap. Got to say my initial impressions arent that fantastic. It definitely has a wider spread of power, and is definitely faster, but not as much so as I thought it would be. Now, obviously the whole nature of the car is not for brutal speed, and car builds speed deceptively fast, but I did expect the remap to do more.

Anybody else found this ?

nope, mine was better than I expected. I feared it would be to agressive but it's not.

Mine is quicker by a fair bit in gear than the standard car, and slighty quicker to 60.

Overal it's a quick A-B car now that is was before, it's also much more flexible

Depends how many miles you have on it. When I first got my Jabba map done there was definately more pep in everything but it didn't shock me like I thought. After 5k miles with the map on (10k on the car) it has come alive.

After having mine done I was surprise on how much nicer to drive it was over the standard map. The increase in power was nice and smooth. After a few days driving you should notice that in fact their is a big increase in performance.

Good points - Revo man did say it would take a little time to get to full power as the Ecu has to learn. Also I would agree that it isnt too agressive which is good, but I still feel it isnt quite enough. Oh well we'll see how it develops.
