anyone with an early Octavia having trouble applying their second update?

Got the car in May then realised the maps were out of date so updated from the 2011 maps to the 2012/13 maps end June

Now am trying to update to the 2013/14 maps which have just been released but the nav unit isn't reading the card0- just comes up with error message.

I wonder if I'm only allowed one update?

Sorted- need to unzip straight onto the card rather than unzipping then copy across
