Differences between elegance, ambiente etc?

Featured Replies

Hey,

Can you help me with the differences between the various trim levels of Octavia at or around 2008? I've tried the search but it comes back with an error and won't let me search (perhaps I'm being special but I did try!)

Thank you :)

Elegance has discs all round, cimate control, armrest, parking sensors and back seats that fold down flat..

Thats the basic dif

I thinl both have rear elecrric windows, elegance has it standard

Elegance has armrest / jumbo box, headlight washers & larger washer bottle and, I think, auto lights & wipers and rear parking sensors as standard.

Ambiente is basic spec (not as bad as Classic spec) with no toys. It does have discs front & back, and full electric windows (I've got a 2007 Ambiente).

I believe both specs came with Stream MP3 stereo & 6-disc changer in the boot as standard. Only upgrade option that I'm aware of at that time was the Columbus navigation unit.

My 08 elegance has everything stated above but no auto lights, so I don't think they are standard. also air /con in the glove box and jumbo box.
