The ebc ultramax are coated too, maybe a new thing they are doing

Cheaper way is to spray a set of new standard discs with some good quality heat proof paint.

I had ebc discs same as them mate dimpled n grooved and they ticked and droned.

My new pagid discs are coated from cp4l and have no rust as yet. Look a bit like the brembo ones you can get with the anti rust stuff on. Look sweet.

Ultramax ebc's are awaiting a production run so i think i'll go for these

Non rusty edges is always good

I have grooved and dimpled discs, I find them good, even with Mintex pads I have great confidence in them. They make a bit of a noise when braking but its not an annoying kind of noise, it is like the turbo spooling kind of noise. Often brings a childish smile to my face. Just reminds you that you are not driving a 1.4  :rofl:
