Featured Replies

Guys did anyone try these discs

Funky things, and the idea that whatever parts dont touch the pads stay coated to not corrode is cool

Yes coated discs are good stop rust crap and look better

So these should be fine then

as long as the coating material isn't teflon :giggle:

Job done then lol

Piranhas and ds2500s should do the jimmy

They look nice...but...I was under the impression drilled and slotted were a waste of time, cracking etc?

  • Author

Its not fully drilled, its like a dimple :D

Not for me, the noise grooved discs make is horrendous.

  • Author

What noise do u get ?

Is it just on braking or on driving

they can squeal when braking however, ive ran the piranhas on 2 other cars silent as can be.the octavia was silent till they stuck on and chewed my pads up :giggle: squealed after that but you should be fine

With my ebc ones they are pretty quiet until you stand on them and then you get a rumble and the pads bite into the grooves, it's not that bad
