I'm contemplating selling my car and wondered if anyone had traded in a similar car recently?

 

despite all the cars in the private adds and the likes of parkers guide etc they come up with some rather silly prices.... and despite them telling you upfront when you buy a car its got desirable extras they don't so much as give them one thought when they give you a trade in valuation.

 

I hate selling cars privately but think its going to be the only way to be honest.

 

My car is VRS TSI Estate in white - 11 plate 52k miles and still under warranty. Full leather, xenons, sunset glass, jumbo box. Just had its dsg fluids changed at the last service and has 4 new goodyears all round. Nearly forgotten - its got graphite grey OZ Ultraleggra alloys too.

 

what do you think?  haven't seen anything similar go for less than £11k to £12k

not heated - no need with the petrol IMO 

 

needed if it was a diesel though!

 

forgot to add - its also fitted with skoda / eibach springs (aligned by awesome gti)
