Hi all,

 

I've had LED number plate lights (the festoon bulb upgrades) since the first week of owning the car, but had endless problems with changing bulbs because they either blow completely or end up strobing like a disco!

 

My new plan is to get some OEM led lights, but don't know where to start - are there any other models (skoda or other VAG) that share the same mounting pattern so I can start sourcing.

 

And before you ask, i tried putting the "normal" bulbs back in and I hate the yellow glow...

Sorry this isn't a reply regarding an OEM light system, but these are the 'exact' festoon bulbs that I have had installed for over a year now with no problems what so ever

Whether I've just been lucky in finding a good set I don't know, but just thought I've give my 2 cents worth
