pd 150 on fabia vrs

Featured Replies

is the pd 150 turbo a straight fit into fabia or do you have to change manifold or de cat pipe ?

manifold and turbo are all one piece for both. :)

Your downpipe will bolt right up to the replacement PD150 with no mods.

Potentially you might need some of the intake side and the boost outlet side.

Would probably need clocking too.

The garage who did mine had a right chew putting mine on, said something didn't quite match up right but I can't remember what he said haha

Would be the boost pipes probably mate they only match up when the turbo is clocked.

Whats involved in clocking the turbo then?

Im considering a pd150 turbo in the new year hopefully.

Do all the oil lines meet up etc?

Loosening some 10mm bolts that hold the inlet side of the turbo to the core, and turning it to the desired angle.

The oil lines meet up, yes.

it was clocked mate, I told them it needed doing before it went on, unless they never did it but I'm sure they would have

If it's a blt engine the egr pipe mightn't line up

one of my good mate's garage so I don't think so, they must have just not clocked it. Saying that it was my dad who dropped it off so he's probably not told them too.
