Had a call from SUK today

My Hatch vRS might be built week before Christmas... But not confirmed till next week

So could have it 2-3 week of Jan

Fabulous.  Mine is week 49. No confirmation from Skoda but the dealer said changes to build dates are very rare in the last two weeks. Expecting mine just after Christmas hopefully... feel guilty but hopefully Skoda aren't overly generous with holidays?! Sorry car assemblers

Popping over to the Skoda at T/ Wells Saturday I talked my mate in to buying a new Octavia SE before the 0% PCP runs out so I will ask Jim if he had heard any thing on my one

I asked that today when SUK called the factory close for Christmas at the end of December...!!

I sent them a message via the website yesterday asking about build date and they called me back this afternoon...

I ordered my Fabia VRS end of September and was given build week 49. Had a call from dealer today to say that it has been built and will be on its' way! - to arrive hopefully end of Nov/beginning of December. Fingers crossed it's not a oil eater!

Had a call from dealer today.. he told me it will be leaving the factory on the 16th Dec

that will make it build week 50...!!  Week early..and should get it by the 2nd week of Jan.. hopefully...

My VRS with some extras ordered 10/9/13 now been told build week 51

I was told week 51 a few weeks back. Checked in again today and still the same. In fact this time he said - seems Octavias having supply problems with parking assist system.

I haven't got that.........

Just off the phone with Skoda.

Got my correct order number and confirmed that my car will be finished at the end of next week and should be in UK 3rd week in Jan.

Chuffed.

Mine moved from Week 51 to this week 50, so I'm hoping 2nd week in Jan also
