Productive day washing the Monte Carlo & pics of the Forge BOV.

Was it easy to fit, and what benefits does it have over OEM?

Simple to fit with Instructions used from Forge.

Only benefit is the noise, if you want people to know its a turbo!

Now why do I have the impression that this only causes trouble and everyone ends up removing it after a while? Ah yes, it was a popular topic some 1-2 years ago, a little search freshened up my memory...

If one thing, It will be safer based on people's experiences!

Good stuff! I never had the full valve fitted but I had the spacer, caused some engine issues but wasn't the whole unit. Did you get the blow off venting one or the recirculating? 

looks great nick ..how much did it cost.??

I've had not problems at all or issues with the Forge valve at all & car really runs sweet with it.

These Forge units were not on the market for the 1.2 TSI over a year ago, so likely to be on the VRS engine, not the 1.2.

Cost me £198 direct from Forge & the quality of finish is fantastic, as it was with my previous valve on a Megane 225.

No problem, see the above link for the Forge video. Doesn't really do it justice though, its much more precise & a nice turbo whoosh!

is your monte the 1.2 105?
