MOTs...have to go to a chain

Featured Replies

I need to get the BMW back on the road this weekend so it needs an mot. It failed in September but I've had to save some cash to get it sorted. I've had all the work done, or will have when I get the tyres done tomorrow, apart from the emissions which hopefully will fix themselves with a blast before going in plus a redex pre mot kit to sort them. If not then its a new maf as I'm pretty sure that's the cause.

Anyway none of my local garages have space tomorrow and as the tyres are not being sorted till 1pm it leaves me with a small window to get her motd. I'm going to have to take her to a chain, kwik fit, ats etc but does anyone have any good experiences? I'm not sure how wrong you can go with an MOT and the prices are reasonable, less than my normal local. I normally use a local tyre place as my view is they only do tyres so it's not in their interests to find fault with anything else...

Think your nearest is Granthambut their motto is "We want your car to pass as much as you do".... works for me :)

Oh, and I sent you a pm about a month ago. Did you get it? No problem if the answer's no.
