The 16" spare tyre from my FL vRS is now residing in the boot of my Mk3 vRS!

It will fit the MK3, but you may have to do a double wheel swap. If you have a front puncture, put the 16" on the rear, taking the rear 18" to put on the punctured front. Obviously if you have a rear puncture its not a problem, its just as it was on the Mk2.

As regards the winter wheels I have put Audi A3 7x17 ET50 wheels on with the correct Skoda recommended fit tyres 205/50 17 and they fit no problem. The car has been jacked up and all clearances are fine.

Did lots of research on this as regards the tolerance of the offset for the wheels, and also the tyres/wheels sizes that are permissable before buying and fitting.
