20mm hubcentric spacers? good quality but best price?

Featured Replies

dont want no cheap ebay honeycombed monkey metal crap. but i dont want to pay through the neck for a set of spacers

i want the type which bolt to the hub then the wheel bolts to that preferably, unless its not advised?

whats best people? im new to this spacer stuff

hi luke i would recommend 15mm up front and 20mm on the rear. H+R are a good make.

I think the bolt to hub then wheel to spacer are junk

Usually made from aluminium and the threads are as weak as anything

I prefer bolt through type, 15mm bolt throughs are perfect

H&R are best around - not weak and threads don't shear.

Depends if you trust long bolts :)

Well im not sure as ive never had them before. Was looking at 15/20 mm spacers all round but i thought the bolt through type would be awkward to put wheels back on?

Sent using Tapatalk, like a bawsss!

No they fit snug to the hub so are pretty solid

My personal preference is that i prefer the bolt through type

Seen a few stripped bolt to hub types

Check In the for sale section. I saw some pop up the other day. 15mm and 20mm.

I agree with big j. go for hubcentric bolt through ones and they will or should be that snug that they will clamp themselves to either the alloy or the hub.

As mentioned, H&R are pretty much the best on the market.

Anyone got a pic of a Vrs, with Vrs wheels with 20mm spacers at the rear?

Thread hijack kind of.

I'd be interested to see a photo of a vRS with standard vRS wheels and 20mm spacers

I have a set of 20mm bolt throughs, will fit them soon. Thanks johnno.

Careful with 20mm on the rears....my tyres used to catch arched and one day it flaked the paint then water got under neath.....frozen and lots of paint came off! Expensive mistake.

Is that on standard VRS wheels mate? They're 6.5j aren't they?

Yeh mate standards, not sure what they are. I've got 1.2s now and running 15mm rear spacers and 10mm up front.

I have misplace one of the spacer bolts. 10 points to anyone who can link me to an ebay seller selling one bolt of the correct size I need lol.
