Genuine Skoda Steel Wheels and Bridgestone Winter Tyres

Featured Replies

I have for sale a genuine Skoda Fabia Mk 1 winter wheels and tyres package, consisting of four steel wheels fitted with Bridgestone Blizzak LM-30 winter tyres. These were bought from a Skoda main dealer.

The wheels are 6Jx15 H2 with an offset of ET 43. Stud fitting is 5x100.

The tyres are 195/55R15 85H.

The wheels and tyres are in excellent condition having been used lightly last winter on a Mark 1 Fabia vRS, proving to be  a brilliant addition to the car in the ice and snow.

Three of the tyres have 7mm of tread, one has 6mm. There are no cracks or bulges or splits in the tyres.  There are no dents, cracks or buckles in any of the wheels.

They come with four wheels trims, although I dispensed with these and ran the black steel wheels only.

The wheels are balanced and ready to use.

£300 plus cost of delivery - the wheels weigh about 17 Kg each. I am based near Peterborough if you wish to collect.

They sound a bargain, the tyres alone are £359.04 from BlackCircles.

They cost £496 new, being £355 for the tyres (cheaper than Blackcircles!) and £141 for the wheels.

Where are you pal

I paid £150 for four of these with 5-6mm winter Perelli's on off a forum member here.

Just saying ;)

Just noticed that yours are 195/50 15 and the seller's are 195/55 15.  What size is the right one for the Fabia?

Mine are 16's :)

In all honesty I don't know the actual answer, but I trust the person who put the rubber on and who I bought them off, to know his stuff :)

A Skoda main dealer supplied these specifically to fit a Mk1 Fabia vRS. Compared with the standard 205/45/16 wheels which have a circumference of 1856.4mm, the 195/55/15 has a circumference of 1870.8 mm and the 195/50/16 comes in at 1889.4, differences of 0.77% and 1.75% respectively. Both are within the recommended maximum difference of 2%. The other issues to consider are the inner and outer edges of the wheel, which depend upon the wheel width and offset. In both respects the wheels I am selling are smaller than the standard Fabia vRS alloys and there are therefore no issues with clearance.

Ah ha. I couldn't make that bit out. Blame my low res screen!

Thanks for clarifying.

Thanks for clarifying, too. GLWTS.

Yup, still available.

  • 2 weeks later...
